Facilities
Our 19 stall barn is only 5 years old, and built with a good measure of convenience, quality, and functionality in mind. Which is why there is fly control, 6 wash stalls with heated water, air conditioned tack room/lounge/bathroom, rubber floored aisles (which is a great safety feature but we do miss that clop-clop-clop sound). It's also why there is a an attached lighted indoor riding area, as well as a spacious outdoor riding area.
Best of all we back right up to Tyler State Park for access to trail riding on 1700 acres of horse trails.
We are also the home of Water Stream Farm, breeders of AKC standard Labrador Retrievers from strong English-type pedigrees who pride themselves on consistenly producing Labradors with appropriate genetic/health clearances, intelligence, working instincts and calm temperament to be wonderful family and hunting companions, service dogs, obedience and/or agility prospects.
